Client Background

DHL is a global logistics leader. Its GoGreen Plus program is a core pillar of the company’s sustainability strategy, reducing logistics carbon emissions through sustainable aviation fuel and other levers.

Challenge

DHL needed to communicate its GoGreen Plus service and the brand’s ESG vision, in the China market — turning the abstract concept of low‑carbon emission reduction into a tangible, participatory customer experience.

Our Approach

We built a multi‑touchpoint ESG program anchored on an interactive H5 that let users track their emissions impact in real time, extended through fashion crossover and sports marketing to push sustainability into broader lifestyle contexts.
