The 19th Asian Games in Hangzhou in 2023 offered Alipay+ an exceptional opportunity to lift international brand awareness. Leveraging the scale of the Games through online‑offline integration to reach international audiences while deepening relationships with global B2B partners was the core objective.
We designed a two‑phase sports marketing program for Alipay+: first building share of voice through online campaigns on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, then bringing KOLs and lucky users from across countries to Hangzhou for an on‑the‑ground Games experience, closing the loop from online to offline.
