This notice supplements the westOeast Website Privacy Policy and applies only to the AI Visibility Audit / GEO Audit form, report delivery, and related follow-up. If this notice conflicts with the main policy for audit-specific processing, this notice applies to that audit processing.
Main policy: westOeast Website Privacy Policy
1. Information we collect for the audit
Depending on the form fields you complete, we may collect your name, work email, phone number, company, job title, website URL or domain, social media account, market or interest level, competitors, brand or product information, and any free-text details you submit.
We may also collect technical information such as IP address, device and browser information, referring page, campaign parameters, and form submission time.
2. How we use audit information
- Prepare and deliver your AI Visibility Audit or related diagnostic insights.
- Benchmark your brand visibility, citations, competitor presence, and AI search opportunities.
- Contact you about the audit, consultation, or relevant westOeast services.
- Maintain CRM records, prevent abuse, and improve the audit experience.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
3. Legal bases
Where a legal basis is required, we rely on your consent when you submit the form or accept cookies, our legitimate interest in responding to your request and improving our services, steps necessary to provide the audit or related consultation, and legal obligations where applicable.
4. Service providers
We do not sell your personal information or provide audit form submissions to third parties for their own independent marketing. To run the audit flow, we may use trusted providers, including:
- Form and CRM systems used through go.westoeast.com to collect and manage audit requests.
- Email, hosting, security, analytics, and reporting tools used to deliver and improve the audit.
- Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, only as described in the cookie section below.
5. Cookies and tracking on the audit page
The audit page uses a cookie consent banner. If you accept, we load GA4 and Meta Pixel to analyze traffic, measure conversions, and improve advertising performance. If you reject, these non-essential analytics and marketing tags are not loaded by the audit page.
Your consent choice is stored as we-consent-v1 in localStorage and in a root-domain cookie so it can be recognized across westoeast.com subdomains. The consent cookie is set for up to 180 days.
| Technology | Provider | Purpose | When used |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics 4 | Traffic analysis and audit page performance measurement | After consent | |
| Meta Pixel | Meta | Conversion measurement and advertising performance | After consent |
| Consent cookie | westOeast | Remember your accept or reject choice | Necessary |
6. Retention
Audit request information is normally retained for no longer than 24 months after the last interaction, unless you become a client, there is an ongoing project, we need the information for legal or dispute-resolution purposes, or you ask us to delete it earlier and we are legally able to do so.
7. International processing
Because our website, form, CRM, analytics, and communication tools may be operated by service providers in different countries, audit information may be processed outside your country or region. We use such providers only as needed to operate the audit flow and related communications.
8. Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or ask us to stop marketing follow-up, subject to applicable law. To make a request, contact info@westoeast.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
